We offer Frozen and Fresh sperm. Do to forget to mark the one you want.

The fresh will depend on Milton Z championship schedule.

The frozen will be always available. You will receive 3 samples per shipping. A maximum of 9 samples for the season will be sent. Normally, with one sample your mare will be pregnant.

*The used test tube must be sent back to us.

• The breeding price includes only the price of the straws. Transport is the responsibility of the buyer + TRACES certificate.

• Unused straws shall, at all times, remain the property of Of Heritage Stud LTD and must be returned to the sender at the end of the season as well as the empty straws.

• Setup costs, boarding costs and gynecological follow-up costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Only one mare can be inseminated per breeding contract. The mare can be inseminated as many times as necessary with fresh semen as long as the stallion is available. When frozen, a maximum of 9 straws will be sent.

• Sending 3 additional straws, as long as the previous ones are returned at the address from which they were sent.

• The breeder undertakes to send a copy of the mare's passport to be able to issue the breeding certificate.

• If the mare is sold before the birth of the foal, the terms of the contract remain applicable to the buyer. The breeding certificate will be given to him.

• The reservation of the covering is effective upon return of the signed contract and receipt of payment for the reservation. The individual who signs this contract bears legal responsibility for fulfilling the payment related to the breeding.

• Any fraudulent use of semen will be subject to prosecution. Registration of the foal in a studbook without payment of the covering is considered fraud. Any fraud will be punished with a fine of 5,000 €.

• Any dispute directly or indirectly relating to our contractual relations with the buyer falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the district in which the seller is located.

• The buyer certifies having read all our General Terms and Conditions available on our website, in our catalog or on the invoice sent.

• Of Heritage Stud LTD cannot be held liable for any problems arising in connection with the shipment of the semen by a transport company. In the event of issues, the customer must notify us on the anticipated delivery date.

• This contract is valid from receipt of payment/receipt of checks.

•The live foal guarantee means that the cover should result in a viable foal that survives for the first 48 hours after birth.

The sperm bought can only be used in the mare mentioned in the contract.

The document must be fully filled up and signed.
